Our selection is meticulously sourced from across Portugal and Brazil. We feature premium Vinho Verde from the Minho region, authentic Bacalhau imported directly from the Atlantic, and artisan cheeses from Brazilian farms, among many others.
Yes, we do! We carefully pack all perishable goods in a thermal box with frozen gel packs. Please ensure you select an Expedited Shipping option at checkout to minimize transit time, especially during warmer months.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer both standard and expedited options. Orders containing perishables are typically dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend transit delays.
We recommend opening your package immediately. Transfer all refrigerated items to your fridge right away. Our non-perishable goods (wine, olive oil, dried spices) should be stored according to product labels.
Due to the nature of our products (food and wine), we cannot accept returns on perishable items. However, if any product arrives damaged, spoiled, or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
While we pack all glass items with extreme care, accidents happen. Please send photos of the damaged bottle and box to our customer service email ([Your Customer Service Email]) immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
