Unlike the coarse "Flocão" used for Couscous, Fubá Mimoso has a texture similar to traditional wheat flour but with the distinct golden color and sweet aroma of corn.

1. Bolo de Fubá (Corn Cake): This is the #1 use. It’s the most iconic Brazilian "grandma" cake, usually served with coffee (Pilão or União) for an afternoon snack (lanche).
2. Angu: A traditional Brazilian side dish similar to a very soft, smooth polenta. It is a classic accompaniment to Feijão (beans) and sautéed kale (couve).
3. Creamy Porridge (Mingau): Often fed to children or eaten as a comfort food, cooked with milk, sugar (RAR), and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
